There are various types of mechanical devices, electrical radiators and electronics, and different aluminum radiator profiles have different advantages and disadvantages and play different roles. The aluminum industry summarizes their respective characteristics to help buy satisfactory radiator aluminum.
1. Extruded aluminum radiator profiles: the fins and the substrate are integrated. Without splicing, the heat conduction inside the radiator is uniform and the thermal conductivity is high. The disadvantage is that it is limited by the extrusion process, and the fin spacing and profile size, plate height and thickness are limited.
2. Plug-in type: a plurality of aluminum profile heat sinks and composed of a bottom plate. First mill the blade side into the blade slot and insert one end of the fin into the blade slot and press. In this type of radiator, only a small part of the aluminum end is inserted into the bottom plate, the contact thermal conductivity area is limited, the thermal resistance is too large, and the thermal resistance parameter consistency is poor. The method is not limited to any size radiator, simple processing, market price has a comparative advantage.
3. Semi-extruded aluminum radiator profiles, semi-embedded: due to the process limitations of extruding aluminum profiles, the spacing of the plates cannot be too narrow, and the aluminum plates are inserted between the two plates by pressing and inserting. Because half of the fins are inserted, and the aluminum plate is not integrated with the bottom plate, the heat transfer efficiency of the inserted part is not as good as one. The heat resistance is greater than that of pure extruded aluminum. The radiator can reduce the cross-section size of the profile through the extrusion process of the aluminum radiator profiles, and the extruded aluminum profile cannot be processed into the radiator product.
4. Fin splicing type: First make the fins, then stack the fins together, press them through pressure treatment, and bind the various parts tightly together. The process can be used as a heat sink of any height and width. The disadvantage is that the fins and fins are separated, the thermal resistance is large, and the thermal conductivity is greatly reduced.
