The electrolytic coloring of industrial aluminum profiles has good decorative, so it is widely used at home and abroad, especially in the surface treatment production of industrial aluminum profiles in construction. The influence of extrusion process on oxidation coloring is mainly the influence of die design, extrusion temperature, extrusion speed and cooling method on the surface state of extruded profiles and the uniformity of the organization. Die design should be able to make the feed fully mixed, otherwise easy to appear bright (dark) defects, the same root of industrial aluminum profiles may appear color separation; At the same time, the mold state and extrusion lines on the profile surface also affect the oxidation coloring. Extrusion temperature, speed, cooling method and cooling time are different, so that the profile structure is not uniform, but also produce color difference.
Electrolytic coloring process can directly reflect the problem of color difference. The current distribution ability of electrolytic coloring solution has a decisive effect on the uniform coloring of coloring material. Once the current distribution is uneven, it will cause obvious color difference. The current distribution ability of the tank is mainly related to the conductivity and polarization of the tank. Coloring liquid contains a certain conductive salt, mainly in order to improve the conductivity of coloring liquid, when the conductive salt is not added in time, the conductive ability decreases, the current distribution ability decreases, it will cause color difference. In the actual production, it is not only necessary to improve the conductivity of the tank, but also to ensure that the conductive rod and the copper base have good conductive ability. Poor conduction will cause uneven distribution of power lines and produce color difference.
