1. Selection of cleaning agent

In industrial production, a multi-component composite cleaning agent is generally selected. The composite cleaning agent made of strong alkali, weak alkali, polymeric inorganic salt, surface active agent, etc. can effectively exert its own cleaning characteristics, thereby significantly improving cleaning efficiency. .

2. Control of foam

In metal cleaning, foam is very important to the pretreatment process, and a certain amount of foam is beneficial to some pretreatment processes. However, the quality of industrial aluminum cleaning agent does not depend on the amount of foam, but when spraying in, it is required that the cleaning agent has a low foam, otherwise it is difficult to carry out mass production normally.

3. Pay attention to the quality of washing

In order to reduce the pollution degree, it is necessary to clean the cleaning liquid entrained in the workpiece to reduce the pollution degree to the next process. Generally, multi-stage washing is considered, and the pollution of the washing water in the latter stage should not exceed one tenth of the workpieces cleaned in the previous stage, which can also save water resources better.

4. Strict operation

Check the operating status of the equipment every day, and observe the process parameters at any time to avoid corrosion caused by the workpiece staying in the equipment for a long time.
