Degreasing is an important step in the processing of
industrial aluminum profiles. If the surface degreasing is not clean, it will be difficult to carry out subsequent processing work. All kinds of oil stains, residual polishing paste, hand imprints, oil seals, surface waxes, etc. contaminated by aluminum profiles during stamping, turning, milling and other processing need to be removed. The following aluminum profiles introduce several common degreasing methods.
1. Organic solvent
The organic solvent has a strong dissolving effect on both saponified oil and non-saponified oil, and can remove the marking symbols and residual polishing paste on the surface of the workpiece. The erasing methods mainly include scrubbing, dipping, spraying, and ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning has the characteristics of high efficiency and good oil removal effect, especially for some workpieces with complex shapes and pores that are not easy to clean.
2. Chemical degreasing
Chemical degreasing is used to remove invisible oil stains, surface dust, traces of anti-rust layers and some minor contaminants formed during transportation or production. Chemical degreasing includes alkaline chemical degreasing and acid chemical degreasing. It does not require heating and can achieve good degreasing effect at normal temperature. If it is heated to about 40 ℃, the degreasing effect can be significantly improved. When degreasing at room temperature, the working cylinder can be made of hard PVC, and it should be made of PP when heating and degreasing.
3. Electrolytic oil removal
Alkaline electrolysis is rarely used in the degreasing treatment of aluminum profiles, because this type of cleaning treatment has a large erosive effect on the surface of the parts, and the equipment investment is also large.
