1. Aluminum extrusion profile forming process

Aluminum extrusion profile is extruded, which can be divided into cold extrusion and hot extrusion. Most common aluminum extrusion profiles are hot extrusion aluminum, hot extrusion process is relatively simple, the technical content is not high.

And cold extrusion aluminum profile is not the same, cold extrusion process is complex, technical content is relatively high, equipment requirements are high. Cold extruded aluminum is only used in special applications. Seamless pipe, for example, can only be cold-drawn.

2. Aluminum extrusion profile surface treatment processing technology

There are many ways to process aluminum extrusion profile surface. Common anodic oxidation, spraying, electrophoresis, wood grain transfer, etc., sand surface matte effect can be used alkali sand, acid sand and physical sand blasting and other methods.

Anodizing and sandblasting are common surface treatments for industrial aluminum profiles, while spraying and wood grain transfer are common surface treatments for construction aluminum profiles.

3. Aluminum extrusion profile deep processing technology

General aluminum extrusion profile needs to be processed deeply more, generally used for equipment accessories, support parts and so on. Processing methods: milling, cutting, punching, stamping, tapping and so on. Deep processing equipment at the drilling machine, milling machine, punch and CNC machine tools, commonly known as "processing center".
