Electrolytic coloring process can directly reflect the color difference problem, electrolytic coloring liquid current distribution ability has a decisive influence on the uniform coloring material, once the current distribution is uneven, it will cause obvious color difference. The current distribution ability of the tank is mainly related to the conductivity and polarization of the tank. The coloring solution contains a certain conductive salt, mainly to improve the conductivity of the coloring solution, when the conductive salt is not added in time, the conductive ability decreases, the current distribution ability decreases, will cause color difference. In addition, the additives in the coloring solution will produce characteristics of adsorption, thus increasing the polarization, the material consumption is too much, will make the electrolyte polarization decreased, the current distribution ability decreased, will also cause color difference. In the actual production, not only to improve the conductivity of the trough, but also to ensure that the conductive rod, copper base has good conductivity, poor conductivity will cause uneven distribution of power lines, resulting in color difference.
Anodic oxidation and electrolytic coloring of the change of process parameters will cause the color difference between different tank materials, so in the production to control the stability of oxidation and coloring process, to ensure that the parameters are consistent, so as to reduce the appearance of the color difference problem of oxidation coloring materials.
