1. Casting is the first process of aluminum profile production

The main process is:

(1) Ingredients: According to the specific alloy brand required to produce, calculate the amount of various alloy components, reasonable collocation of various raw materials.

(2) Smelting: The prepared raw materials will be added to the melting furnace according to the process requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt will be effectively removed by degassing and slagging refining means.

(3) Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum is cooled and cast into various specifications of round casting rods through deep well casting system.

2. Extrusion: Extrusion is the means of aluminum profile forming

Firstly, according to the section of the profile product, the mold is designed and manufactured, and the heated round casting rod is extruded from the mold by the extruder. The commonly used grade 6063 alloy also uses an air-cooled quenching process during extrusion and a subsequent manual aging process to complete the heat treatment strengthening. The heat treatment system of different grades of heat-treatable alloys is different.

3. Coloring (mainly oxidation process)

Oxidation: The extruded aluminum alloy profile, its surface corrosion resistance is not strong, must be through anodic oxidation surface treatment to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of aluminum.
