Introduction of processing flow:
⑴ Incoming inspection. Check the section size, profile flatness, blank length, surface quality of special shaped aluminum profiles as required, paying special attention to whether there are surface defects.
⑵ Milling processing. For the inverted T-shaped frame, the special shaped aluminum profiles section needs to be milled before bending. In order to ensure that the size after bending meets the requirements, we carry out milling processing on the gantry milling machine, and the processing size is up to the nominal value of +2mm.
⑶ Pre-tensile bending. In the tension bending machine, the blank is prestretched and bent to meet the requirements of preforming by controlling the tension bending parameters (tension bending force, tension bending angle, etc.) by using the tension bending die and the tension bending chuck.
⑷ Dressing. Check the flatness and angle of the two surfaces to ensure that these values meet the requirements. For R value, we can use the three-roll bending machine to assist dressing and dressing to our predetermined shape.
⑸ Test after pre-tensile bending. Check that the flatness, angle and width of the two faces of special shaped aluminum profiles meet the requirements, and the value of R1000mm reaches our predetermined shape.
⑹ Transportation and preservation after quenching. In order to ensure the new quenching state of aluminum alloy materials, quenching before forming, the parts need to be put into the temperature below -10℃, after the heat treatment, the first place in the cold storage storage, transport, transport with refrigerated car, refrigerated car temperature is lower than -10℃.
⑺ Fill the bending. In the tensile bending machine, using tensile bending die and tensile bending chuck, through the control of tensile bending parameters (tensile bending force, tensile bending Angle, etc.) to the semi-finished products to achieve the final requirements; When filling the bending, according to the specific situation of different parts, the selective pulling side dressing to achieve the ideal shape and size.
⑻ Trim. On the calibration platform, use the hammer and other auxiliary tools for trimming, if necessary, use the calibration test die for knocking repair.
⑼ Test. Use inspection mold with calipers and feelers to check to ensure compliance with customer technical requirements and drawing requirements.
⑽ Fitter. Clean and modify the surface of special shaped aluminum profiles with cleaning cloth and other polishing tools, and mark the parts and test pieces to ensure traceability.
