Production of construction aluminum and industrial aluminum profiles of equipment advantages

Aluminum profile products include industrial aluminum profile, anodized aluminum profile, electrophoretic coated aluminum profile, powder sprayed aluminum profile, fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum profile and thermal insulation aluminum profile. There are more than 80 production lines in ten main workshops, including mold, casting, extrusion and surface treatment. There are nearly 30 production lines for aluminum profile surface treatment, with a monthly capacity of more than 30,000 tons. These production lines have first-class technology and equipment, most of which are imported from Britain, the United States, Japan, Switzerland, Italy and Taiwan Province. Including Italy vertical spraying production line, horizontal spraying production line, fluorocarbon production line, Japan oxidation electrophoresis production line, South Korea heat treatment equipment, the UK melting furnace, the United States hot top casting unit, Taiwan mold processing center and other advanced production and manufacturing equipment.

Taking vertical spraying production line as an example, vertical spraying production line has the following advantages:

1. High degree of automation control: Workpiece feeding from blank to sprayed aluminum profile is fully automatic control.

2. Low energy consumption: The curing furnace adopts square furnace design, and the utilization rate of heat source reaches the highest, effectively saving energy consumption.

3. Reduce labor costs: Adopt automatic control to reduce labor intensity.

4. Low powder consumption: Automatic electrostatic powder spray gun, one time powder rate is high, workpiece surface film thickness is uniform, effectively save powder, equipped with powder recovery system, reduce dust emission, achieve clean production.

5. Small floor area, high output: Reasonable production line layout, effective saving production land, stable operation.
