5. Machinery and equipment aluminum profiles tensile straightening should pay attention to the width ratio of height, wall length, camber, wall thickness difference is large, grotesque and other profiles of small feet, thin teeth, long feet, circular surface, inclined plane, opening, viewing point and other stress conditions, avoid section or point scale deformation, distortion, screw and other shortcomings.
6. Stretching tools are also very important. The reasonable use of stretching pads must be considered when selecting suitable pads, especially for materials with large openings, circular arcs and large cantilevers.
