What is aluminum extrusion profile spraying?
Electrostatic powder coating method is to use the induction effect of high voltage electric field, so that the powder coating and the coating are respectively induced, and carry opposite charges to each other, so that the powder coating with charge adsorption to the coating, and then the powder coating through melting leveling, baking curing and coating. Powder spraying has the following advantages: (1) The surface color is rich, the texture is soft; (2) Corrosion resistance, not easy to pollute; (3) Good weather resistance, shelf life more than 10 years; (4) The powder coating is durable and simple to produce.
Aluminum extrusion profile spraying causes too much extrusion powder consumption:
Aluminum extrusion profile powder consumption can be influenced by many factors, and there are two main aspects. On the one hand, it is related to the nature of powder coating itself, on the other hand, it is closely related to the powder coating process, such as coating process conditions, workpiece spacing, equipment use state, staff operation level, etc.
Causes and treatment methods of aluminum extrusion profile surface spraying paint off:
1. Before painting, the aluminum extrusion profile surface oil removal is unqualified, resulting in bad adhesion of paint film and aluminum extrusion profile, the treatment method is to strengthen the oil removal before painting;
2. Before spray painting, the aluminum extrusion profile surface does not roughness treatment, such as oxidation treatment or phosphating treatment, the surface of aluminum alloy without roughness treatment is smooth, and the adhesion between the paint film and the aluminum extrusion profile surface is not good after spray painting. Bumping force is easy to drop paint. After rough treatment, aluminum extrusion profile surface forms a microscopic porous rough surface, increasing the adhesion of paint, so it is no longer easy to drop paint. The treatment method is oxidation or phosphating before painting.
