How to reflect the flatness of industrial aluminum extrusion?

Industrial aluminum profiles have the characteristics of uniform appearance, simple customization, and convenient use, so they are widely used in the design and construction of equipment frames, precision instrument work surfaces and other products. In practical applications, there are many countertops that require high precision, so the overall flatness of the frame is relatively high. Therefore, when using industrial aluminum profiles to build such frames, the flatness of the aluminum profiles needs to meet a certain standard. Under normal circumstances, the flatness of the profile is required to be within ±0.5mm. So what is the flatness of industrial aluminum profiles?

The flatness of industrial aluminum profiles refers to the error of the microscopic height of the substrate relative to the ideal plane. Generally speaking, the profile is not straight.

So how to ensure the flatness of the industrial aluminum profile frame, mainly pay attention to the following three points:

First of all, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of extrusion sawing of aluminum profiles. If the sawing accuracy cannot meet the standard, the length of the supporting legs of the frame will be different, which will seriously affect the flatness. We use a high-precision sawing machine to saw and inspect the quality of each profile, and the tolerance range is generally ±0.5mm.

Secondly, when installing aluminum profiles, pay attention to using the same type of fasteners, and you need to tighten all the bolts and nuts. If the fasteners in the structure are not tight and tight, it is likely to affect the flatness of the structure. In addition, if the fasteners are not tightened, it is easy to cause the frame to loosen, causing hidden dangers to quality and safety. The position of the frame should also be paid attention to. It cannot be placed on a sloped or uneven ground, and the ground flatness is strictly required.
