1. Strengthen the process and strictly implement the operating procedures.

Check the running status every day, observe the process parameters at any time, prevent the workpiece from stagnating in the equipment, so as not to rust.

2. Pay attention to the quality of washing.

In order to reduce the degree of pollution of industrial aluminum profiles, it is necessary to minimize the pollution of the workpiece with cleaning fluid. In addition, the secondary cleaning should generally consider multi-stage cleaning, some processes are still cleaned with pure water, and the maximum pollution of the washing water in the later stage does not exceed 1/10 of the pre-washed workpiece, so that the residual liquid concentration of the second-level washing workpiece is only 1% of the original concentration. When adding clean water to the wash, countercurrent supplements should be used to save water.

3. Foam and its control.

In metal cleaning, the generation or removal of foam is very important for the pretreatment process, a certain amount of foam is conducive to some processing processes, but the quality of aluminum profile cleaning agent does not depend on the number of foam, and in the injection, the cleaning agent requirements are low foam, otherwise it will not be normal mass production.

4. Formulation of deoiling agent.

Due to the poor effect of a group of cleaning agents, the production of industrial aluminum profiles generally adopts multi-component composite cleaning agents. Due to the appropriate combination of strong alkali, weak alkali, polymeric inorganic salt, surfactant, etc., the cleaning agent can give full play to its own washing characteristics and can significantly improve the washing efficiency.
