Aluminum alloy doors and windows have become a popular trend in home decoration. Aluminum profiles will be used on aluminum alloy doors and windows, so what are aluminum profiles and what are the surface treatment methods for aluminum profiles?

Aluminum profiles are aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes obtained by hot melting and extrusion of aluminum rods. The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring. The surface of the machined aluminum radiator is surface treated to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and beautiful appearance of aluminum.

The surface treatment methods of aluminum alloy door and window profiles are as follows:

1. Frosted fabric profiles: Frosted aluminum profiles avoid the disadvantage of light interference caused by bright aluminum profiles in certain environments and conditions in architectural decoration. Its surface is as thin and soft as brocade, which is very popular in the market, but the existing matte materials must be overcome the unevenness of the surface sand, and can see the lack of mold patterns.

2. Multi-tone surface treatment aluminum profiles: Now the monotonous silver white and brown can no longer meet the architects' good cooperation with exterior wall decorative bricks and exterior wall cream, new stainless steel color, champagne color, golden yellow, titanium gold, red stained glass such as series can add decorative effect. These profiles must be oxidized after chemical or mechanical polishing to good effect.

3. Electrophoretic painted aluminum profile: The surface of the electrophoretic painted profile is soft and can resist the acid rain erosion of cement and mortar.

4. Powder electrostatic spraying aluminum profiles: Powder electrostatic spraying profiles have excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali salt spray resistance is better than oxidation coloring profiles.
