Different types of aluminum framing extrusion, the connection is also very different

Aluminum framing extrusion has the advantages of lightweight, environmental protection, corrosion resistance, easy to clean, more importantly, no welding, simple and convenient assembly, with the characteristics of mold and standardization. Each type of industrial aluminum profile has its corresponding type of connector, so the connection is very different. Today, I will introduce some common ways to assemble aluminum framing extrusion, so as to provide a reference for users in need.

There are many kinds of connectors for assembling industrial aluminum framing extrusion, which can be divided into built-in connectors and external connectors.

1. External connectors have external corner parts, bolts and nuts. The external connection does not need to do any processing to the aluminum profile, and it can be fixed directly with bolts and nuts.

2. There are many kinds of built-in connectors, including aluminum alloy slot connectors, corner slot connectors, etc. The groove connector is usually used to connect two aluminum profiles in a straight line. The aluminum alloy groove is embedded in the groove of the industrial aluminum profile, and is locked with a tight bolt. Generally, both sides of the aluminum profile should be embedded in the groove.

3. The corner groove connecting piece is similar to the external corner piece, but this one is embedded in the aluminum groove. It is generally used for the connection of two aluminum profiles at right angles. When assembling the frame, the two ends are respectively inserted into the grooves of the two profiles and fixed with staring bolts. The slot width of different industrial profiles is different, and different types of corner slot connectors should be selected.
