Anodizing treatment of industrial aluminum profiles is an electrochemical oxidation of aluminum alloys. The aluminum material is used as the anode, which is put into the electrolyte solution, and a dense oxide film is formed on the surface of the anodized aluminum profile by the action of the electrolyte. This process is called aluminum profile anodization. It is divided into sulfuric acid anodizing, oxalic acid anodizing, and complex acid anodizing. The purpose is to improve the surface adhesion and adsorption ability, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation ability, appearance quality and mechanical ability of the anodized aluminium profile.
