Industrial aluminum is a kind of aluminum as the main component of the alloy material, aluminum rod through hot melting, extrusion to get different cross-section shape of aluminum materials, but the proportion of added alloy is different, the production of industrial aluminum profile mechanical properties and application fields are also different.

Industrial aluminum profiles have high mechanical strength but low corrosion resistance. Therefore, adding appropriate amount of magnesium, copper, zinc and other metals to aluminum to make various types of industrial aluminum profiles, greatly improve the mechanical strength of aluminum, expand its application range, but its corrosion resistance is worse than pure aluminum, so it may be oxidized corrosion. This requires powder coating to protect industrial aluminum profiles.
