Industrial aluminum profiles are usually divided into two categories: one is conventional assembly line profiles, the other is special-shaped profiles (open mold custom profiles) assembly line profiles. Moulding customization process for special-shaped aluminum profiles:

After the customer decides to open the mold and customize it, please provide drawings or samples, and the technical department will develop the CAD drawings according to the customer. After both parties confirm that the drawings are correct, they will sign and seal to confirm and open the mold.

The manufacturing cycle of the mold varies according to the diameter of the outer circle, generally ranging from one week to half a month. After the mold is made, the mold test should be carried out first. The sample is qualified by the quality management department, and a sample inspection report is issued. Send the sample to the customer, confirm the sample, and then place the bulk order.
