What are the surface treatment processes of aluminum veneer for exterior walls?

Before the surface treatment of the aluminum veneer of the exterior wall, the aluminum material generally needs to be pre-treated: degreasing → derusting → cleaning → phosphating or purification, etc.

Most of the rusted or thick surface workpieces are removed by mechanical methods such as sand blasting and shot blasting, but after mechanical rust removal, the surface of the workpiece should be clean and free of scale.

1. Polishing: Overcoming defects, deburring and brightening the surface can be divided into chemical polishing and mechanical polishing.

2. Sandblasting: The purpose of aluminum surface treatment is to overcome and cover up some defects of aluminum alloy in the machining process and to meet some special requirements of customers for product appearance. There are glass sand, tungsten sand, etc., showing different feelings, similar to the rough texture of frosted glass, and fine sand can also show high-end products.

3. Metal electroplating method: It is relatively common, and there is a process of electroplating after grinding.

4. Car texture: Aluminum surface treatment is the processing method of re-processing after the mold is formed. The texture is processed by the lathe, and the finished body shows a very regular texture feature.

5. Wire drawing: The performance is similar to the car pattern, which is a smooth continuous pattern on the surface. The difference is that the car pattern is a circular pattern, and the drawing is a straight line drawing.

6. Oxidation (coloring): The purpose of oxidation of aluminum surface treatment is divided into two aspects, which can enhance the physical properties and achieve the purpose of coloring. It is generally anodized, the purpose is to color, and the second is to increase the surface hardness to improve wear resistance, such as micro-arc oxidation.

7. Spraying: spray a layer of coating on the surface of the aluminum material, spray white, spray wood grain, etc.
