1. Forming processing
Extrusion is one of the most commonly used forming methods of industrial aluminum profiles. First, according to the section of the profile, the aluminum profile mold is made. The round casting rod heated to the critical point is extruded from the mold. For example, 6063 aluminum alloy, in the extrusion process there is also an air cooling quenching process and after artificial aging treatment, in order to complete the heat treatment of industrial aluminum profiles strengthening, different aluminum alloy heat treatment is not the same.
Rolling method is in the need of large quantities, and the size and surface quality requirements are not very high, small size bar and section shape simple aluminum profile, will use this method.
Smelting is the first process of manufacturing industrial aluminum profiles.
The key process is as follows:
(1) Seasoning: According to the actual aluminum alloy models that must be produced and manufactured, the amount of various aluminum alloy components can be calculated to effectively match a variety of raw materials.
(2) Smelting: The selected raw materials are added to the melting furnace to melt according to the processing technology regulations, and the impurities and steam in the solution are reasonably removed according to the way of degassing and slag-discharging refining.
(3) Forging: Under certain forging process standards, the smelted lithium bromide solution is refrigerated and cast into various types of round casting rods according to the deep-water well forging system software.

2. Surface treatment
The surface processing method of industrial aluminum profiles is generally anodized surface treatment, but also a part of the need for spraying, electrophoresis and other treatment. Surface anodizing treatment is to use the principle of electrolysis to form thicker and denser oxide film on the surface of industrial aluminum profiles, so as to increase the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy materials. After that, the industrial aluminum profiles also need to be sealed.
