The extrusion principle of aluminum profile is analyzed

4. Forward hot deformation extrusion

Most of the hot deformation aluminum profile production enterprises adopt the forward hot deformation extrusion method to obtain the aluminum with the required cross-section shape by the specific die (flat die, cone die, shunt die).

The forward extrusion process is simple, the equipment requirements are not high, the metal deformation can be high, the production range is wide, the aluminum performance is controllable, the production flexibility is large, the mold is easy to protect and repair.
