Industrial aluminum profile products are a new type of material specially developed for industrial production line equipment. Its surface extremely smooth and beautiful, very lightweight, resistant to high temperatures, strong corrosion, easy to assemble and disassemble, and recyclable. These characteristics make industrial aluminum profiles show different mechanical properties and advantages in various working environments, and are used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, rail transit and other fields.

For industrial production and construction, 6063-T5 type aluminum profiles are usually used. Its main alloying elements are aluminum, magnesium, and silicon. The content of magnesium is between 0.49 and 0.9, and the content of silicon is between 0.2 and 0.6. Other copper, The content of chromium and other alloys is very small, all below 0.1, so it is also called aluminum-magnesium alloy. The T5 state is a state that is subjected to high temperature forming and cooling, and then artificially aged. It can be straightened, but it is no longer cold processed. During the processing of industrial aluminum profiles, various surface treatment procedures such as acid washing, alkali washing, acid-base neutralization and anodizing treatment have been carried out.

Due to the special production process and alloying elements, and the density of aluminum itself is very small, the industrial aluminum products produced are light in quality, silver-white on the surface (can be sprayed later according to the needs of use), strong bearing capacity and corrosion resistance the unique groove design combined with standardized product accessories facilitates the rapid assembly of the frame structure in the later stage, realizes the user's use concept, and greatly shortens the installation period. The tensile strength of 6063-T5 series of industrial aluminum profiles can reach 180MPa, the yield strength is 127MPa, the elastic modulus is 68600N/mm², and the hardness can reach 62HB; To meet the needs of different industrial fields.
