1, aluminum extrusion frame can not be too dense, there should be an interval between the material and the material, especially the unventilated small material, thick material interval is more larger, tube material and small material, sheet material together with a frame, tube material put below this is conducive to aging circulation air supply.
2, temperature setting and control: usually, the thermometer shows that there is a certain error in the temperature, the table temperature should be set according to the actual temperature of the furnace, and pay close attention to the fluctuation of the temperature.
3, aluminum profile aging insulation: in strict accordance with the process requirements for aging, insulation time should be appropriate, to prevent aging is not enough or more than aging and hardness is not enough.
4. Before the aluminum profile is loaded into the furnace, the other special alloy of the 6 series and the ordinary 6063 alloy should be separately loaded into the furnace for aging. Due to the production reasons, the aging in the same furnace is indeed required, and the process of special alloy should be used for aging.
Extruded aluminum profiles, without aging before the hardness is too low to be used as finished products, therefore, generally speaking, must be aging to improve strength. Usually, the aging can be divided into natural aging and artificial aging two kinds, at present, the production of 6 series aluminum profiles is mainly based on the latter.
