The standard length of industrial aluminum profile is 6020mm. Before installation, we need to cut the profile according to the processing drawings provided by technical personnel. Common cutting methods include size cutting and angle cutting two kinds, it is recommended to use a special profile cutting saw, in order to ensure that the profile section is smooth, profile cutting accuracy needs to ensure within ±0.5mm;

In order to meet the installation requirements of some connectors, we need to install process holes in the specified position of the profile; Common process holes are divided into two processing methods: through hole and step hole, respectively suitable for different types of connection;
Tapping processing is the process of using taps to cut the inner thread in the aluminum profile process hole. In this process, we should not only ensure the strength of taps, but also control the advance speed of taps, so as to ensure the tapping hole is even and smooth; Its purpose is to meet the connection requirements of fastening type accessories (such as fastening bolts, screw casters, feet, etc.) and profiles, which is a common processing step.
