① Temperature control:

② Extrusion speed:

③ Machine quenching:
6063-T5 quenching is to keep Mg₂Si which is solidly dissolved in matrix metal at high temperature after it is cooled to room temperature quickly. The cooling rate is usually proportional to the content of the strengthening phase. The hardening rate of 6063 alloy is 38℃/min, so it is suitable for air cooling quenching. Changing the fan and fan revolutions can change the cooling intensity, so that the temperature of the product before the tension straightening to 60℃.
2. Mold design
Industrial aluminum profile is the final product of aluminum rod extrusion molding after heating through the mold, and the mold is designed according to the demand with high precision specifications, used to extrude the required size and section of the profile products; Mold design and maintenance should pay attention to the following points:
① The structure involved in the mold should meet the production needs, but also meet the common sense of physics and mechanics, to ensure that the production of products can achieve the performance of the use.
② The material selection and hardness of the mold should be appropriate to avoid deformation, scratches and other hard injuries in the process of extrusion profiles, which affect the quality of the final product.
③ We should often clean and check the mold. If there are problems, we should repair them in time to avoid scratches, burrs and other hard injuries in the process of extrusion of profiles, which seriously affect the quality of industrial aluminum profiles.
