1. Look at the surface of the aluminum profile

2. The thickness of oxide film on the surface of aluminum profile meets the standard

The surface thickness of aluminum alloy profiles is measured by eddy current thickness meter, and then compared with the industry standard to see whether it is within the industry standard range.

3. Corrosion resistance detection of aluminum profiles

Corrosion resistance of aluminum profiles seriously affects the service life of aluminum profiles. The corrosion resistance of aluminum profiles is tested by alkali drop test, that is, 10mg, 100g/L NaOH solution is dropped on the surface of aluminum profiles at 35 ° C ±1 ° C, and the droplets are visually observed until corrosion bubbles occur. The penetration time of the oxide film is calculated. The longer the time, the better the corrosion resistance is.

4. Test the hardness

The aluminum bar doped with waste aluminum extrudes the industrial aluminum profile with excessive impurities and high iron content, which will lead to black hair and dark, no luster, and more seriously, the hardness is not up to the standard. The 6063 has a hardness standard of 8-12HW for aluminum profiles, and the tensile strength and yield strength are also very high, which can be tested with a Vickers hardness tester.
