How to connect aluminum table with corner parts?

The corner piece is the connection fixed piece of the foundation, and the installation method is relatively simple. For many people, it is very clear to understand the installation method of corner parts. However, there are often various problems in the connection process. For example, when installing workbench aluminum profile, the connection of corner parts will shake, or the connection of corner parts is not selected correctly.

So how should aluminum desk be connected with corner pieces? First choose the specifications of corner pieces to use. If the work table is built with the same specifications of profiles, it is OK to select the corresponding corner pieces according to the profile specifications. For example, 4040 aluminum profiles to build work desk, can use 4040 corner pieces. If the work table is connected with two or more profile specifications, the premise is that the slot width of the two specifications profile is the same, and the corner specification needs to be determined according to the profile of small specifications. For example, with 4040 profiles and 4080 profiles to build the work table, or need to choose 4040 corner pieces.

Then there is the connection of the corner pieces. If the corner parts are connected, they need to be fixed with bolts and nuts. The commonly used bolts and nuts are T-bolts and flange nuts. The working table has a shaking situation, because the number of corner pieces is less, you can use the upper and lower sides are fixed with corner pieces, there will be no shaking situation. Second, because the strong corner is not selected, the strong corner is better than the ordinary corner bearing. Third, the bolts and nuts are not tightened. It is necessary to tighten the bolts and nuts with professional installation tools.

It should be noted that corner connection has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is not processing, short construction period. The disadvantage is that the beauty is not very good. It is not recommended to use this method if the aesthetic requirements are relatively high.
