First, before learning about aluminum extrusion profile, let's first learn about the element aluminum. As we all know, aluminum is a metal element in the earth's crust, with good ductility, flexibility and conductivity. It can be drawn into filaments and rolled into foils, so it is often used in the production and manufacture of wires and cables and in food factories for packaging food.

This treatment covers annealing, solution treatment, quenching, natural aging and artificial aging of finished products. At present, there are hierarchical aging and deformation heat treatment processes. Artificial aging treatment can provide mechanical properties of aluminum products and enhance the stress corrosion resistance and fracture toughness of aluminum products.
