It is easy to disassemble and assemble without welding, and it is easier to clean. Considering various aspects, most customers will choose aluminum alloy profiles to build the belt conveyor line.

According to the different sections, aluminum alloy profiles can be divided into heavy and light ones. When selecting the support for the conveyor line, the weight of the conveyed product and the load of the entire conveyor line must be considered. Only in this way can the appropriate aluminum profile be selected, which is not only convenient to use but also saves costs. If the load is about one ton, it is generally recommended to use 8080 aluminum profiles with a larger cross-section; if the load is between 700 and 800 kg, it is recommended to use 4545/5050 or 6060 aluminum profiles. If it is a light conveyor line, more consideration is the 3030 and 4040 profiles. The material of the conveyor belt generally chooses rubber, canvas, PVC, PU and so on.

It is very convenient to build a belt conveyor line, and customers can also install it according to the drawings. Aluminum profile processing is also processed according to the drawings, whether it is tapping, punching, sawing, connecting.
