Causes and solutions of industrial aluminum profiles producing stripes

Industrial aluminum profiles is a kind of aluminum as the main component of alloy material, aluminum rod through hot melt, extrusion to get different section shape aluminum material, but the proportion of added alloy is different. When we produce industrial aluminum profiles, sometimes we will encounter the problem of stripes, so how is the striped problem of industrial aluminum profiles produced, and how to solve it?
The cause of industrial aluminum profiles stripe:
1. Due to the insufficient cooling capacity of the machine, black spots after anodization are caused.
2. The "branches" and threaded holes on the inside of the aluminum profile cause surface stripes due to insufficient or excessive metal flow.
3. The texture of the casting billet itself is not good, which affects the stripe color difference of the extruded material after anodizing.
4. The profile surface fringe caused by the welding area under the mold shunt bridge.
5. Problems existing in the design of profile profile. Due to the large wall thickness difference of profile, the position where the length of the working belt changes will produce stripe color difference after anodizing.
Correction method of stripes on industrial aluminum profiles:
1. Check whether there is a big difference in wall thickness, branch and thread hole on the profile decoration surface on the customer's drawing.
2. Large diameter pipe or large size hollow profile mold, the upper welding chamber can be arranged on the male mold.
3. Sometimes the stripes are formed by the casting billet itself, which requires the heating temperature of the casting billet to be uniform and the homogenizing annealing to the end.
4. The shunt bridge should be designed on the non-decorative surface of the profile, while ensuring the strength of the mold, the welding room should be as large as possible, so that the metal can form enough hydrostatic pressure.
5. The "branch" or thread hole fringe on the inside of the profile, the repair method is to polish the die hole working belt of these parts, grinding smooth, or modify or reduce the connection transition radius of these parts.
6. After extruding the die hole, the grain size depends on the temperature and cooling rate of the quenching zone. If the cooling temperature is too low and the cooling speed is not uniform, the grain size will be too large or uneven, and the color difference will be more obvious after anodizing, requiring the operator to adjust the size of the wind pressure and cooling water pressure of the cooling system in time.
