Therefore, in many application fields of containers, the cost-effective advantage of using container aluminum profiles has been more and more widely recognized by the relevant industries. Aluminum profiles and aluminum sheets are not only used more and more in the manufacture of refrigerated containers, but also have many advantages such as convenient processing and light weight in the manufacture of dry cargo containers that require complex ventilation slots.

The aluminum containers currently produced usually use the most appropriate amount of various aluminum alloy profiles and plates on the main components. The container aluminum profile is mainly used in the floor, connectors, forklift rails, bottom support beams, and the upper and lower sides of the side aluminum panels. Fix beams, box door frames, etc. Mainly use 6061, 6082, 6063, 6060 four aluminum alloy T6 state profiles, of which more than 90% are 6061, 6082 aluminum alloys, and the alloy composition ratio, dimensional accuracy, internal structure and performance of aluminum profiles are very strict. In order to meet the high quality requirements of welding and assembly, usually a container of one specification and model is equipped with 15 to 20 container aluminum profiles of different section specifications.
