Anodized aluminum profile is an essential process in the production process of anodized aluminum profile, it is anodized aluminum profile placed in the appropriate electrolyte solution, aluminum products as the anode for electrolysis, so that the surface of the profile to generate a layer of 10μm or more oxide film. Let the produced anodized aluminum profile products have strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance to increase the service life of the product.
In summary, there are mainly:
Uneven color
In anodized aluminum profile anodizing to the surface of the first pretreatment process, is to wash the method to remove the dust and oil stains on the surface; Or a mirror or matte surface can be obtained by mechanical means. If the surface pretreatment is not thorough, it will make the original oxide film on the substrate surface can not be removed clean, it is difficult to generate artificial oxide film, and it will not be able to obtain uniform color.
Some anodized aluminum profile products after anodizing, the surface will appear black spots, stripes or holes, and some even no oxide film, causing these phenomena have the following reasons:
① The alloy composition of anodized aluminum profile is related: Aluminum magnesium alloy or pure aluminum easy to generate good quality oxide film, aluminum silicon alloy or aluminum copper alloy, the difficulty of oxide film generation is slightly greater, and the color of the oxide film is dark, affecting the appearance.
② The uniformity of the structure and phase is related: If the surface of the metal phase is not uniform or the organization is not uniform, it will lead to the uneven oxide film, if the uneven content of silicon in aluminum alloy will cause local non-oxidation phenomenon, and even the appearance of pores.
③ Metal ions in the electrolyte: If the content of impurity ions such as iron and copper in the electrolyte is too high, there will be black spots.
④ The suspended impurities in the electrolyte: If the dust and debris in the electrolyte are suspended too much, it will cause streaks in the oxide film, reduce the corrosion resistance of anodized aluminum profile, and affect the use effect.
Loose powder easy to fall off
Because the resistance of the anodic gas oxide film is relatively large, in the process of anodic oxidation will produce a lot of heat, the higher the voltage in the tank the greater the heat generated, must be used to stir or cooling device to keep the temperature of the electrolyte at 13-26℃, if more than 30℃, the oxide film will appear loose powder easy to fall off the phenomenon, even singed phenomenon. Seriously affect the quality of oxide film, especially in summer when the temperature is higher, more than 2 slots will be taken measures, otherwise the production of anodized aluminum profile will not have the function of corrosion prevention.
