Anodized aluminum profile after oxidation process need to pay attention to what problems?

At present, anodized aluminum profile processing industry closely combined with the requirements of market and scientific progress and development, can gradually complete the transformation of traditional aluminum profile processing to modern aluminum profile processing, so aluminum profile processing varieties have undergone great changes.
What problems do we need to pay attention to after solving the process of aluminum profile oxidation?
1. Rinse with hot water
Hot water eye wash is aging film layer. However, water temperature and time need to be strictly controlled. If the water temperature is too high, the film layer will become thin and the color will fade. Too long handling time of anodized aluminum profile will cause similar problems as above. The appropriate temperature and time are :40~50℃, 0.5~1min.
2. Dry
Drying is best done naturally. The piece of barley rinsed with hot water is hung diagonally on a shelf so that free water flows directly down the working surface. Water droplets flowing to the bottom corner are sucked up by the towel. This method of drying film color is not affected, appearing natural.
3. Aging
The aging means of anodized aluminum profiles can be determined according to climatic conditions. It can be exposed to the sun in the summer and baked in the oven in rainy days or winter. The process conditions were 40~50℃ for 10~15min.
4. Maintenance of unqualified parts.
Unqualified conductive oxide films need to be selected prior to the drying and aging process, as drying and aging films are difficult to remove and will affect the surface roughness of the workpiece. After some methods of testing, found that the use of the following method is very good, and simply repeated, will not affect the quality of the workpiece surface. The specific process is as follows: Clamp the unqualified workpiece on the aluminum anodizing clip, and then anodize for 2~3min according to the anodizing method of aluminum in sulfuric acid solution. When the membrane softens and falls off, conductive anodization can only be re-achieved after lye cleaning and nitric acid illumination.
