1. Die casting molding

Depending on the type and model of the electronic product, the aluminum radiator profiles required to be installed vary in size and shape specifications. 2. Paint

By applying primer and finish paint to the panel of aluminum radiator profiles for several times, and then baking in high temperature, the paint film of the metal panel after baking is uniform, full in color, smooth and neat without peeling phenomenon, which can help users realize personalized customization into various colors with high-end and chic appearance. Different from ordinary spray paint, the paint layer after baking is more stable, which will not soften and fall off the paint when helping the heat dissipation of electronic products because of long-term exposure to high temperature.
