2. Standardize the operation of aluminum rods into the furnace. It is recommended to store 12 aluminum rods in the furnace. After heating, the temperature can reach 480℃ (normal production temperature) for about 3.5h at normal temperature, and the production can be finished after 1 hour of insulation.
3. While the aluminum rod is heating, place the mold in the mold furnace for heating! (about 480℃);
4. After the aluminum rod and die are heated and insulated, put the die into the die base of the extruder;
5. Operate the long rod hot shear furnace to shear and transport the aluminum rod to the raw material inlet of the extrusion machine;
7. Aluminum extrusion profile enters the cooling air stage through the extrusion discharge hole, and is pulled and sawed by the tractor for fixed length. ;
8. Conveying aluminum extrusion profile to the cold bed transfer platform, and adjusting the aluminum extrusion profile;
9. The corrected aluminum extrusion profile is transferred from the conveying table to the finished product table for fixed length sawing. ;
10. The worker can frame the finished aluminum extrusion profile and transport it to the aging charging car;
11. Operate aging oven to promote finished aluminum extrusion profile into the furnace for aging, about 200℃, heat conservation for 2 hours;
12. When cooled, a finished aluminum extrusion profile with standard hardness and size can be obtained.
