Aluminum alloy has relatively active chemical properties, casting and melting is easy to react with water vapor oxidation and inhalation of hydrogen, thus forming defects such as inclusion and pinhole when the liquid aluminum solidified into aluminum profiles, these defects will affect the mechanical properties of aluminum profiles.

Refining is the degassing and slagging of liquid aluminum by adding chemical compounds to it. Refining is an indispensable step in the process of aluminum extrusion, which can play the role of degassing, purifying and refining aluminum alloy.

Aluminum rod homogenization treatment:

Homogenization is the process of heating and holding aluminum rods and then cooling them to room temperature by air cooling and spray. Homogenization of ingot can eliminate residual stress of ingot, improve dimensional accuracy and corrosion resistance of extrusion products, and reduce bending and twisting.

Electrolytic coloring of aluminum profiles Purpose:

In the electrolytic coloring tank, with the extension of coloring time through the action of current, the more coloring particles filled at the bottom of the oxide film hole, the darker the color presented by the aluminum profile. Substrate can present light champagne, copper, dark copper, black and other rich colors.

Oxidation sealing purpose of aluminum profile:

Because the oxide film is honeycomb porous structure, the effective surface exposed to the environment increases greatly, which is not conducive to the corrosion resistance and pollution resistance of the oxide film. Therefore, through the sealing treatment, improve the material properties.

The sealing is divided into room temperature sealing, medium temperature sealing and high temperature sealing. Oxidized bronze system uses room temperature sealing, silver oxide system uses medium temperature (57~62℃) sealing.
